    I’ve just had a crazy idea. This month I’m going to run/walk 300kms in 30 days.

    This idea was inspired by one of my personal trainers from Vision Personal Training who has just completed 1000kms in October. I’ve watched as she set the goal and then engaged everyone around her to complete it. Massive. (more…)
